10. The Board has notified the discharger and other interested agen- <br /> cies and persons of its intent to prescribe waste discharge re- <br /> quirements for this proposed discharge <br /> 11 . The Board in a public meeting heard and considered all comments <br /> pertaining to the discharge. <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, Forward, Inc. , shall comply with the following: <br /> A. Discharge Specifications <br /> 1. The discharge shall not cause a pollution. <br /> = 2. Neither the treatment nor the discharge shall cause a <br /> nuisance. <br /> 3. Waste materials shall not be disposed of outside of the <br /> designated areas shown on Attachment A. <br /> 4. The disposal areas shall be protected from any_washout <br /> or erosion of wastes or cover_i.ng___Ma.terials,; and from <br /> inundation which could occur as a result of floods <br /> having a predicted frequency of once in 100 years. <br /> 5. The discharge of Group .l wastes at this site shall be <br /> limited to the materials listed bel.owi- <br /> a. Pesticide container wastewater. <br /> b. Other selected materials approved by the <br /> Executive Officer. <br /> 6. Group 1 waste materials and any water that has contacted` <br /> the waste mat erials_..sh.a.1.l_..be_.cont-ained-in-t71earea desig - <br /> nated for Group.-J_was.te_,disposal. <br /> 7.
