El Dorado <br /> Stockton, California <br /> The Board will consider the following actions with respect to Forward, Inc., Class <br /> II-1 Solid Waste Disposal Site,. Austin Road, San Joaquin County (hereafter Forward, <br /> Inc.) : <br /> 1. Issuing an Order under authority of Section 13301 of the California Water Code <br /> requiring Forward, Inc. , to cease and desist from violating or threatening to <br /> violate requirements in Board Order No. 73-183. <br /> 2. Approving, with modification if necessary, a time schedule under authority of <br /> Section 13300 of the California Water Code requiring Forward, Inc. , to take <br /> specific actions in order to correct or prevent a violation of requirements in <br /> Board Order No. 73-183. <br /> The Board's staff, the discharger, and other interested persons will be given an <br /> opportunity to present evidence concerning whether the discharge requirements have <br /> been violated and plans and time schedules for obtaining compliance at the earli- <br /> est practicable date. The discharger and all other interested persons may, but <br /> need not, be represented by counsel . - <br /> Testimony to be presented at the hearing should , be furnished to the board in <br /> writing no later than 9 May 1983.
