Our sampling will consist of: <br /> battery-operated pumps pulling ambient air through <br /> adsorbent for five hours each day at each of four <br /> locations <br /> a continuous air filtering instrument to collect ` <br /> particles near the office <br /> a walking srve f the trenches with a portable <br /> hydrocarbon gas detector <br /> confined space indicators on the trenches for one. <br /> hour each and drawing -samples of the collected gases <br /> For the particle filter, by the office, we will need <br /> continuous 15 A, 110V. electric service. Please inform us if <br /> you cannot provide this or if you wish to be re-imbursed for <br /> the power. <br /> The attached map shows where we propose to do the daily <br /> five hour sampling. We are uncertain where to locate site 4 . <br /> Our preference is on the far .land across Austin Road and along ' <br /> the creek. If we cannot get the owner 's permission, we propose <br /> the far southeast corner of your "group 2" disposal area® <br />
