None of the waste contained in the <br /> above summary was accepted from the generatory prior to receiving <br /> authorization from the California Regulatory Agencies with jurisdiction. <br /> The waste volumes reported in Table 1 were developed from quarterly <br /> monitoring reports which were submitted to the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region.
