Two Rivers Rd CHAO Follow up inspection. Met with Connie Barn (property manager) to discuss progress made on the property. Reiterated to Connie that disposal receipts will be needed for all materials being removed from the property. Some progress have been made on the property. Went on multiple inspections. 04/26/2022 31021 S. Two Rivers Rd CHAO Reviewed files. Discussed status of clean up with Robert McClellon. Email correspondence with Kareem (owner) requesting disposal receipts. Spoke to Kareem on the phone to clarify items needed. Researched Title 14 for information regarding storage of green waste. 04/26/2022 31021 S. Two Rivers Rd CHAO Re-inspection to check status of the clean up on site. Met with Connie Barn (property manager) to discuss items still remaining on the property. Issued notice to abate to Connie. Received disposal receipts from Connie. 05/10/2022 31021 S. Two Rivers Rd CHAO Reviewed files. Discussed status of clean up on the property with Robert McClellon. Called and notified Connie Barn (property manager) that EHD will be on site for a re-inspection. 05/10/2022 31021 S. Two Rivers Rd CHAO Reinspection. Met with Connie Barn (property manager) to discuss status of clean up on the property. Observed the pile of trash size have been reduced, part of a vehicle is still there, all other vehicles have been removed, tires still on the property, and tree cuttings will be reduced in size and be used for fire wood. 05/11/2022 31021 S. Two Rivers Rd CHAO Reviewed files. Uploaded photos to the computer and worked on photo log. Discussed complaint with Robert McClellon. Will advise the owner to follow-up with EHD once the property have been completely cleaned up. 05/27/2022 31021 S. Two Rivers Rd CHAO Reviewed files. Called Connie Barn to discuss status of clean up on the property, no answer. Spoke to Kareem (owner) to follow up on status of clean up. Kareem mentioned the tires have been disposed of and he has receipts. Advised Kareem to email the receipts and to notify EHD once all solid waste have been removed and disposed of properly. 06/07/2022 31021 S. Two Rivers Rd CHAO Reviewed files. Spoke to Mrs. Connie Barn (property manager) and she advised all of the solid waste on the property have been cleaned up. I provided her with my email to send proof of corrections. Reviewed video sent by Mrs. Barn, all of the solid waste have been removed from the property. 06/27/2022 31021 S. Two Rivers Rd CHAO Reviewed files.
