USTCOCC88-74
Environmental Health Division
San Joaquin Local Health District
Page 3
2. Sewer and Water Lines
The attached map shows the location of sewer and water lines at the
southern end of the property. The planned boring locations meet
the minimum setback requirements of 50 feet from the sewer lines and
10 feet from structures.
3. Laboratory Analysis
California Water Labs will be retained to perform the laboratory
analysis. Selected soil samples will be analyzed for BTX&E (8020) ,
total petroleum hydrocarbons in the gasoline, diesel and oil range
(5030, 3550) , and organic lead (DOHS-LUFT) . These analyses combined
with the proposed OVM field screening should provide an effective means
of determining the potential for contamination at the site.
4. Underground Tanks
In the event that underground tank or tanks are identified during our
investigation, registration and proper abandonment of the tanks will be
performed in accordance with the San Joaquin Local Health District
program requirements.
Thank you for taking the time to review our proposal. If you have any
questions regarding this project please give us a call.
UNITED STATES TESTING COMPANY, INC.
Respectfully submitted,
illiam M.
