CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA -2200210 <br /> THOMAS G . WATKINS TRUST / QUARTAROLI & ASSOCIATES , INC . <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No . PA -2200210 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on March 23rd , 2023 , which is the effective date of approval . This approval will expire on <br /> March 23rd , 2026 , which is 36 months from the effective date of approval , unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed , if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors ' Act . <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment . <br /> 1 . COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT ( Contact : [209 ] 468 -3121 ) <br /> a . APPROVAL : This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment application between two parcels as shown <br /> on the site plan dated September 19 , 2022 . <br /> b . NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT : A " Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner . Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department . The legal descriptions shall be prepared , stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer , qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors ' Act , or a Licensed Land Surveyor. ( Development Title Section 9 - 872 . 4 ) <br /> c . WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT : The property owner shall rescind the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a new contract prior to recording the " Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" . The " Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment" shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract application has been <br /> deemed complete . Filing Fees are required for this application . ( Government Code Section 51257 ) <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS ( Contact : [209 ] 468-3000 , see memo dated October 28 , 2022 ) <br /> FOR NOTES AND INFORMATION ONLY . <br /> APN : 093 - 180 -01 is under Williamson Act Contract No . WX69 -C1 - 1165 ; However , it does not include the <br /> northern portion of the parcel , Mormon Slough .
