Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint Investigation: Met with facility owner. Discussed complaint. Owner was unaware of the complaint and consented <br /> that I enter the facility for complaint inspection. I inspected the storage area for dry food,the large mixer which currently had <br /> sweet bread dough,tamales masa,floors, counters, sweet bread prep table, and sweet bread self-serve area. I did not <br /> observe any of the alleged items in these sites.
