COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> 3:20 pm <br /> 2:40 pm <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: CANCUN Date: 04/04/2022 <br />Address: 135 E MINER AVE, STOCKTON 95202 <br />Owner/Operator: RUVALCABA, JUAN Telephone: (209) 465-6810 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0054786 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT AND HIS WIFE VISITED FACILITY ON 3/26/22 AND ORDERED FOOD. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES <br />THAT AFTER HIS WIFE TOOK A COUPLE OF BITES FROM HER FOOD, SHE DISCOVERED A COCKROACH ON HER <br />PLATE. COMPLAINANT BROUGHT IT TO THE STAFFS ATTENTION AND ALLEGES THAT THE STAFF ACTED AS IF <br />IT WERE NO BIG DEAL. <br />***PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On-site for complaint investigation. Met with owner of facility and discussed complaint. I was given consent to inspect the <br />premises. I did not observe any of the alleged pests in any of the following: dry storage area, kitchen, floors, and counters. <br />The owner brought out the past months pest control servicing invoices. The facility currently receives service bi-weekly. <br />Advised that if they have sightings of any pests, they can call the pest control company sooner that the regularly scheduled <br />appointments. Unable to verify complaint. Emailed inspection report to facility. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
