Called Schwann Enterprise for no permit application submitted yet <br />to destroy well. Receptionist forwarded me to Jeff Thompson; left voice mail. <br />WONG <br />09/10/2018 Industrial 575. Called Jeff Thompson again; left voice mail. Billed time. WONG <br />01/06/2021 Industrial 575. Site visit to see if I could locate the 3 MWs. Unable. Stove pipes <br />were removed in 1994 according to Geomatrix report, but cannot find the flat <br />wells. Only limited access to 575 (cyclone fence locked), but there is construction <br />going on on <br />WONG <br />01/07/2021 Industrial 575. Rechecked what we have on file/LF before calling City of Manteca WONG <br />(Tobin general, J Smekofske at Engineering Department 456-8460). Provided <br />information and history, and ennailed installation permits, letter from RWQCB, and <br />map to City of Manteca including Kevin Jorgensen in hope they have more <br />information or permits of their destruction. Parcel Viewer showed there were no <br />buildings on either parcels in 1994, when by 1998 there were. EHD was never <br />informed of these developments. Contacted RWQCB; Tom Gavigan is no longer <br />there, Galvin Kauffman said Joe Mello has replaced him, but will take the email I <br />want to send him. Emailed him the information I have and the new NAI I sent <br />today to both property owners (MW2, 3 on 575, and MW on 689 Industrial Park) <br />01/07/2021 Industrial Park 575/689.
