The leach lines were installed on <br />three different legal lots: APN 191-250-07, 09 & 10 with addresses being 11591, 11401 & 11555 S. <br />Manthey Road respectively. This is a violation of San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment <br />System (OWTS) Standards Table 1.5. A minimum of 5' setback is required between property line(s) and <br />leach field. <br />Please be advised that this septic system is considered to be in violation of OWTS Standard Table <br />1.5. Permit cannot be finalized until the violation is corrected. In order to finalize the permit one <br />of the following three options can be taken: <br />1. Adjust the parcels lots lines to meet 5' setback from leach line to property lines(s). <br />2. Relocate the newly installed leach lines to meet the 5' setback. <br />3.
