Telephone: (209)466-0771 <br /> Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00055163 <br /> Responsible Party Contact: <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> ON 8/20/2022 AT 9:05PM COMPLAINANT ORDERED A THREE-PIECE CHICKEN MEAL(1-THIGH, 1 BREAST, 1 DRUM <br /> STICK)WITH MASHED POTATOES&GRAVY, MAC&CHEESE,AND A PEPSI TO-GO. COMPLAINANT FOUND FOUR <br /> CURLY PUBIC HAIRS ON ALL THREE PIECES OF THEIR CHICKEN (2-HAIRS ON THE DRUMSTICK, 1 HAIR ON THE <br /> THIGH,AND 1 HAIR ON THE BREAST). COMPLAINANT HAS THE FOOD& PEPSI IN A ZIPLOCK BAG ON THEIR <br /> COUNTER AND ALSO HAS PICTURES OF IT ON THEIR PHONE. COMPLAINANT STATED THEY WANT DNA <br /> TESTING DONE BECAUSE THEY BELIEVE SOMEONE PLACED IT ON THE CHICKEN AND STATED IT IS NOT <br /> CHICKEN HAIR/FEATHERS. COMPLAINANT HAS NOT CONTACTED THE RESTAURANT YET. <br /> ***COMPLAINANT REQUESTS A CALLBACK FROM THE INSPECTOR*** <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> On-site for complaint investigation. Discussed complaint with supervisor. Supervisor was aware of the complaint as the facility <br /> received several phone calls from a person using different phone numbers alleging the same findings as the complaint <br /> received by EHD. Supervisor asked complainant to bring the food items back to the facility so they can take a look. <br /> Complainant refused and used foul language directed at all employees while laughing at the same time. <br /> Supervisor consented to the complaint inspection.
