Telephone: (209)466-0771 <br /> Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00055317 <br /> Responsible Party Contact: <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> Complainant and friend ate at KFC on 10-15-22. Ate wings and mac and cheese. Next day both got sick with stomach pain <br /> and watery stool. Food tasted stale. The restaurant was filthy with ice over flowing at the bottom of the soda machine and it <br /> was soda everywhere on the counter. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> Chicken wings-Original--Henny Penny hot hold--157.00°F Chicken wings-Crispy--Henny Penny hot hold--155.00°F <br /> Macaroni and Cheese--Hot hold--178.00°F Hand sink--108.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Went to facility and spoke to the person in charge. Discussed complaint and was granted access to inspect facility. Person in <br /> charge reported that no one is currently ill nor has been in the last couple weeks. Hand wash stations in the kitchen were <br /> complete with paper towels and soap inside dispensers.Water was observed at 108 F. Observed food handling,food storage, <br /> and temperatures. Did not witness improper food handling or storage.The cold and hot holding temperatures were observed <br /> to be within the required temperature. Reviewed food handler training records to be up to date.
