Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. <br />HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br />Physical Hazards <br />Task(s) <br />Hazard <br />Mitigation Measure <br />Pedestrian traffic will be routed away from work zones <br />1 <br />Traffic (pedestrian) <br />using traffic cones. Bright orange or yellow safety vests <br />will be wom by crew members working on-site. <br />The work will mostly be conducted on concrete. Trip and <br />1 <br />Trip and Fall <br />fall hazards will be at a minimum. All personnel are to be <br />made aware of possible hazards and work practices that <br />minimize trip and fall risk. <br />If a dust hazard is expected the dust hazard will be <br />1 <br />Dust <br />mitigated by not allowing ground crew to be located down <br />wind of drilling. In addition, water will be applied to <br />control the dust if visible levels of dust are generated <br />Fire and Explosion Hazards <br />Flammable (Flash Point <140 °F) <br />Gasoline ::=11 <br />Dry chemical fire extinguishers, Class A, B, and C, are stored in all GZA vehicles. <br />PAGE 4 <br />
