Food Program Service Request Inspection Report <br />Facility Name and Address: EL GRULLITO TO-GO RESTAURANT, 600 W LONGVIEW AVE , STOCKTON <br />Environmental Health Department <br /> #45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: The restroom near the bar was lacking grout at the tile joint between the wall and floor. Re-grout tile in <br />restroom so that it is smooth and cleanable. Correct prior to operation. <br />The specifications for the epoxy flooring are lacking. Provide the specifications for the flooring to lbaker@sjgov.org within <br />one week. <br />The walk-in freezer was observed with vinyl baseboards. Replace vinyl baseboards with slim foot tiles or other approved <br />flooring prior to operation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
