The SAHOTA <br />complainant stated there were multiple issues on the property with electrical, <br />septic, water, and more. She stated there were multiple individuals in the park <br />that had cancer, and there were concerns that it was due to the water quality. <br />Other issues noted were odor, and slimy residue in sinks. I went over the current <br />water quality, and stated I would follow up with the system regarding monitoring <br />due this year. <br />02/25/2022 Worked on updating monitoring schedule for well. SAHOTA <br />03/01/2022 Sent operator, Quality Service Inc., the updated monitoring schedule. Directed all SAHOTA <br />2022 samples to be taken by the end of the month. Specified lab results should <br />be submitted directly to our department when available. Requested information on <br />any issues with system. <br />03/03/2022 Spoke with Debby (FGL) regarding updated monitoring schedule. She confirmed SAHOTA <br />they will be able to sample within the month, but results may take some time. I <br />sent the schedule via email. <br />03/07/2022 Received confirmation from Debby (FGL) of sample scheduling for March. SAHOTA <br />07/13/2022 Requested lab report status from Debby Hagen with FGL. Debby provided the SAHOTA <br />results, which I reviewed. No water quality issues noted.
