COMPLAINANT PURCHASED THE MEAT <br /> ON 09/22/22 ABOUT 11:30AM AND GOT IT TO GO. COMPLAINANT ATE IT IMMEDIATELY UPON RETURNING TO <br /> WORK. COMPLAINANT FOUND THE WORMS ABOUT FOUR HOURS LATER IN THE LEFT OVERS. COMPLAINANT <br /> HAS NOT CONTACTED THE FACILITY. COMPLAINANT IS GOING TO EMAIL OVER A PICTURE OF THE WORMS. <br /> COMPLAINANT HAS SOME ABDOMINAL CRAMPS AND PAIN. COMPLAINANT HAS CONTACTED THE DOCTOR BUT <br /> IS WAITING FOR A CALL BACK. *''COMPLAINANT REQUEST A CALL BACK FROM THE INSPECTION' <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> Wingolt Hot hold--139.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> On-site at facility. Met with owner and discussed complaint. Owner stated that he purchases the meat daily and barbecues <br /> upon arriving to his facility.The meat is placed after barbecuing inside a Wingolt hot holding unit, currently at 139 F. Owner <br /> consented to the complaint inspection. Did not identify improper food preparation or storage.
