Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />14 August 2020 <br />SENT VIA EMAIL <br />Ms. Beverly Brandon <br />Raymond Investments <br />817 South Center Street <br />Stockton, CA 95206 <br />Email: botlee@sbcglobal.net <br />CONCURRENCE OF ADDENDUM TO WORK PLAN FOR ADDITIONAL <br />SUBSURFACE INVESTIGATION, RAYMOND INVESTMENT CORPORATION- <br />HELENA CHEMICAL FACILITY, 2245 WEST CHARTER WAY, STOCKTON, SAN <br />JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (Central Valley <br />Water Board) staff have reviewed the 14 August 2020 Addendum to Work Plan for <br />Additional Subsurface Investigation (Work Plan Addendum) submitted on your behalf by <br />Condor Earth Technologies, Inc. (Condor). The Work Plan Addendum was submitted to <br />address our 10 August 2020 comment letter. <br />Central Valley Water Board staff concur with the Work Plan Addendum. As requested <br />in our 10 August 2020 letter, the final locations of groundwater monitoring wells MW-7 <br />and MW-8 based on analytical results of grab water samples from the step-out borings <br />should be discussed with Central Valley Water Board staff for concurrence prior to <br />installation. <br />You may proceed with the field work. Please notify our office 72 hours prior to initiation <br />of field work in the event that staff elect to be present to observe the work and/or collect <br />split samples.
