<br /> 5.6 SOIL AND GROUNDWATER WASTE DISPOSAL
<br /> All down-hole drilling equipment will be steam-cleaned or triple rinsed prior to use at each location. Soil
<br /> cuttings, rinsate, and groundwater waste generated during field activities will be placed in DOT-approved
<br /> 55-gallon drums, sealed, labeled, and left on Site to await disposal pending results of the laboratory
<br /> analyses.Disposal of hazardous materials,if any,will be the responsibility of the property owner. If stored
<br /> groundwater contains 1,2,3-TCP at a concentration exceeding the MCL of 0.005 gg/L,it will be transported
<br /> to a licensed treatment, storage, and disposal facility.
<br /> 6.0 REPORTING
<br /> Condor will prepare a report detailing the well installation activities, observations, and conclusions to be
<br /> submitted to the Central Valley Water Board.The report will include a discussion of the field and laboratory
<br /> procedures,a discussion and presentation of the analytical results, and recommendations, as appropriate.
<br /> 7.0 PROJECT SCHEDULE
<br /> Work can commence upon approval of this work plan by the Central Valley Water Board and notification
<br /> by the property owner to proceed. The field portion of the investigation can be completed within
<br /> approximately four to six weeks after the necessary permits are received, depending on driller availability.
<br /> A report can be submitted to the Central Valley Water Board within six weeks of receipt of laboratory
<br /> analytical results.
