Provide smooth, nonabsorbent semi-gloss paint on wall or a protective barrier <br />between dry wall and 3 comp sink. Correct within 1 week and email picture of correction to dafonskaia@sjgov.org <br />Observed partially off ceiling insulation in back room above ice machine. Repair/replace within 3 weeks. <br />Observed damaged flooring in market walk-in cooler. Repair/replace flooring within 1 month. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable.
