All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: The right deli case was observed at 45 F. The left deli case was observed at 44 F. Adjust units so that <br />food is maintained at 41 F or below. Correct today. Obtain sanitizing test strips to ensure proper <br />sanitizing solution levels. Testing equipment and <br />materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method. Clean ice within three days. Maintain clean. <br />A bin of bread crumbs was observed with no label and black build-up on the lid and outside of the container. Clean and <br />label container today. <br />Observed build-up ice machine baffle. Clean and sanitize to prevent contamination of ice.
