1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br />1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel totaling 0.51 acres, located at <br />4747 Acampo Road, Acampo, California. The project is in a rural residential community <br />community and is zoned R -R The project parcel number is 017-030-30. <br />Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to construct a secondary <br />residential dwelling on the parcel. <br />1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). <br />1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br />2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br />2.1 Discussion of Past, Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The present owner, <br />Fernando Salinas, has owned this property for 10 years. The past and present uses of the property <br />have been for residential purposes. The subject parcel will remain as a residential parcel. <br />3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br />3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The project site has an existing on-site <br />septic system for a residential house. There is no specific record of the tank in the San Joaquin <br />County Records. (See Appendix) <br />3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research of the site septic permits revealed 1 permit for this <br />parcel. (See Appendix) <br />3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is history of repair on this parcel, the only <br />record of permits is for a repair of the septic sump. (See Appendix) <br />3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br />general area consists of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br />pits. <br />3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, <br />permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range <br />in installation dates from 1965 to 2019. (Copies of permits are in index.) <br />3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic tanks in <br />this area reveal that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring <br />performance. There are been no incidents to report (See Appendix). <br />
