maximum pumping rate of 1,200 GPM, and less than 2 feet of drawdown at the annualized pumping rate of 260
GPM. The most conservative projections are within the range of seasonal water level fluctuations recorded for
the area and should not adversely impact existing off-site wells.
Aquifer Dist.
Pumping rate
7 days
1 month
1 year
5 years
20 years
Conf 2400 ft
Drawdown Peak Pumping
2.87
3.67
5.04
5.92
6.69
2400 ft
Annualized pumping rate
0.39
0.8
1.09
1.28
1.45
Uconf 2400 ft
Drawdown Peak Pumping
0
0.34
3.06
5.42
7.52
2400 ft
Annualized pumping rate
0
0.07
0.66
1.18
1.63
I used the same assumptions as the 23004 Gawne Rd site with respect to total annual extraction volume (78 MG and 240
acre-feet). For this site I also looked at the potential impact to the nearest off-site well (2,400 feet) if both of the
proposed new ag wells were pumping at maximum proposed capacity at the same time. In this case, the off-site well
may potentially observe 3 to 5 feet of drawdown during peak seasonal pumping which should also not significantly
impact the off-site well. Let me know if you have questions or need to see all the assumptions for this evaluation.
Casey Kipf, P.G.
Senior Geologist
CONDOR EARTH
Direct.
