It should now be completed. <br /> For HW Violation 207—Unfortunately, during Covid, Aramark stopped leaving delivery tickets with their drop offs, but <br /> we have started requesting them again. Attached is a copy of their most recent the delivery ticket and the details of the <br /> deliveries. I will ensure that these are retained on site in an appropriate manner. <br /> For HW Violation 403—They do not keep disposal records for small containers that have contained hazardous materials. <br /> The regulation was interpreted that a disposal record wasn't required for contaminated containers that were 5 gallons <br /> or less as long as the container was emptied completely of the hazardous material.
