AdvancedGeo
An Employee-Owned Company
rutin
M/1
nrv
i MI\ ►
18 August 2021
Project No. 21-6555
Mr. Michael Kith
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E. Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95205
Via Email: mkith(c)-sigov.org
Subject: Limited Phase II Site Assessment Work Plan
GOODWILL — STOCKTON (NO.2)
129 South Grant Street, Stockton, California
Dear Mr. Kith:
AdvancedGeo, Inc. (AGI) has prepared this Limited Phase 11 Site Assessment Work Plan
for the property located at 129 South Grant Street, Stockton, California (site or subject
property). The scope of work includes advancing three (3) soil borings for the collection
of soil-vapor samples.
This work plan has been prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental
Health Department (EHD) application for a boring/well permit. The site and surrounding
area are illustrated in Figure 1. On-site structures and proposed soil-vapor sampling
locations are illustrated in Figure 2.
1.0. INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
During the performance of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the site, AGI
identified an immediately adjacent long-term dry-cleaners, "Riteway Cleaners," as well as
historical gasoline station located northeast of the subject property. The presence of a dry
cleaner and former gasoline fueling station on the adjacent property is a Recognized
Environmental Conditions (REC). Therefore, AGI recommended collecting soil-vapor
samples to determine if the subject property had been impacted by PCE or gasoline
constituents (Figure 2).
2.0. SCOPE OF WORK AND PROCEDURES
AGI proposes to advance three (3) soil borings to total depths of 10 feet below surface
grade (bsg) for installation of dual-completed soil-vapor wells (SV1 through SV3).
