SAN J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUN r <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: FDat,-.STOCKTON SCAVENGERS ASSOCIATION 1240 NAVY DR, STOCKTON ber 13, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for propane, diesel and used latex paint were not <br /> complete. <br /> -Propane lists the largest container as 7 gallons but containers larger than 7 gallons were observed on site. <br /> -Used latex paint does not list a hazardous property. <br /> -215 gallons of diesel were reported to be in the Hazardous waste storage area but no diesel was observed on site. <br /> Per Todd,the facility does not store diesel. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete.
