A copy of this table is attached. <br />The remaining wells at the Forward landfill, specifically MW -4, 5A, 6, 8, and 11, will be <br />sampled on a quarterly basis and will be analyzed for the parameters dictated in the <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board Waste Discharge Requirements.
