J MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -7- FORWARD INCORPORATED WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITY SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY These wells will also be used to measure ground water elevations on a monthly basis for the first year and quarterly thereafter. From these measurements, hydraulic gradients and ground water flow velocities will be calculated and submitted to the Regional Board. Ground water elevation data will be submitted to the Board as ground water elevation contour maps. The wells of this monitoring network shall constitute the "points of compliance" with respect to ground water. The locations of these wells are shown on Attachment E. Samples from all monitoring wells shall be analyzed for ground water indicator parameters. MW -7 and MW -9 shall be monitored for four quarters and then may be dropped from the monitoring program.
