When Forward Inc. receives approval from CIWMB, than <br />soils with less than 100 tph may be used for daily cover. <br />Non -hazardous contaminated soils that are treated to <br />level of 500 ppm TPH or less may be used as foundation <br />layer of cap at closure if approved by the CIWMB. <br />Kvwnl <br />Above are the most predominant issues discussed. Forward, Inc. <br />should remember that in the future RWQCB is only one of several <br />regulatory agencies which governs this landfill. It is Forward, <br />Inc. responsibility to meet the requirements of all the regulatory <br />agencies. The PHS appreciates the patience and the cooperation <br />that Forward, Inc. has demonstrated during this difficult <br />situation. PHS will issue a Notice and Order for Forward, Inc. <br />solid waste facilities permit and it will condense the contaminated <br />soils program requirements. <br />Your response to this letter will be appreciated.
