<br />(d)(1) of this section. This description may be consistent in its degree of
<br />specificity with descriptions for other similar positions in the same com-
<br />pany location or bargaining unit, but shall include the requisite skill, edu-
<br />cation, or other qualifications, and duties of employees assigned to each
<br />position;
<br />(3) a written description of the type and amount of both introductory
<br />and continuing training that will be given to each person filling a position
<br />listed under paragraph (d)(1) of this section;
<br />(4) records that document that the training or job experience required
<br />under subsections (a), (b), and (c) of this section has been given to, and
<br />completed by, facility personnel.
<br />(c) Training records on current personnel shall be kept until closure of
<br />the facility; training records on formeremployees shall be kept for at least
<br />three years from the date the employee last worked at the facility. Person-
<br />nel training records may accompany personnel transferred within the
<br />same company.

<br />(2) As used in subsection (a)(1) of this section:
<br />(A) "fault" means a ¢acture along which rocks on one side have been
<br />displaced with respect to those on the other side;
<br />(B) "displacement" means the relative movement of any two sides of
<br />a fault measured in any direction;
<br />(C) "holocene- means the most recent epoch of the Qua.rtemary peri-
<br />od, extending from the end of the Pleistocene to the present.
<br />(b) Floodplains.
<br />(1) A facility located in a 100 -year floodplain or within the maximum
<br />high tide shall be designed. constructed, operated, and maintained to pre-
<br />vent washout of any hazardous waste by a 100 --year flood or maximum
<br />high tide, unless the owner or operator can demonstrate to the Depart.
<br />ment's satisfaction that procedures are in effect which will cause the
<br />waste to be removed safety, before flood or tide waters can reach the fa-
<br />cility, to a location where the wastes will not be vulnerable to flood wa-
<br />ters. If wastes are moved to a iocation within California, that location
<br />shall be a facility which is either permitted by the Department underchap-
<br />ter 20 of this division or in interim status under chapters 20 and 15 of this
<br />division.
<br />(2) As used in subsection (b)(1) of this section:
<br />(A) "100 -year floodolain" means any land area which is subject to a
