This program will <br />remain in operation until a final acceptance program is approved. <br />The conditions of the interim program are as follows: <br />1. Forward Inc. may receive only petroleum hydrocarbon <br />contaminated soils. <br />2. All treatment and disposal of these soils is subject to a case <br />by case review:by Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br />Division and the CA Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br />3. All soil proposed for disposal and/or treatment at Forward <br />Inc. must be tested to verify whether it is a hazardous waste <br />according to CCR Title 22. <br />4. Contaminated soils above 100 TPH must be treated in WMU G <br />until they are below 100 TPH. Final disposal shall occur in <br />WMU D-88 or D-89. <br />Soils contaminated with BTX and E, gasoline, or metals may not be <br />accepted at this time.
