Were items A-C discussed during the training?If they were,please include them in the description. If they were not,you can use the attached form for training.The use of the attached form is optional.This training it does not need to be done by a CaIARP consultant.You or Allen can provide this refresher training. Let me know if you have any questions.I will be reviewing the CaIARP return to compliance shortly. OBSERVATION: Prove of annual refreshing training documents of the elements listed below were not available on-site at the time of the inspection. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to,familiarity with the following plans and procedures: (A)Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program agency. (B)Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property,or the environment. (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years.
