Based on the information provided the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for
standard OWTS usage for the proposed development pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance
Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d).
b. Percolation test conducted on 16 September 2022 yield percolation rate of 6.25 minutes per inch on
parcel 1; 8 feet of separation from the bottom of leach field to ground water is required. Percolation
test conducted on 16 September 2022 yield percolation rate of 31.25 minutes per inch on parcel 2; 5
feet of separation from the bottom of leach field to ground water is required. Percolation test conducted
on 9 September 2022 yield percolation rate of 1.46 minutes per inch on parcel 3; 20 feet of separation
from the bottom of leach field to ground water is required. Groundwater is reported at 40 feet below
surface grade. (San Joaquin County OWTS Standard Table 1.10.2).
c. Any new living structures on the designated remainder parcel will require the submittal and approval
of a Soil Suitability and Nitrate Loading Study showing the designated remainder parcel is suitable for
additional septic system usage including a percolation test (San Joaquin County Development Title,
Section 9-1105.11(b)). The studies must be submitted and approved by the Environmental Health
Department.
d.
