The house to the north (22770 Frederick) and the <br />mobile home to the northeast (23050 Frederick) each have two bedrooms; both are <br />located on the proposed Designated Remainder. Mr. Kuil stated that the family has no <br />plans to build on the proposed Parcel 3 for at least 20 to 30 years. The proposed <br />Parcel 2, he said, will be given to his niece, who may choose to build; she has no <br />concrete plans for a house at this time, however.
