Valley Oaks populate the bank to the north of the <br />property and are intermittently located along the entry drive. <br />Identify any waterways and/or riparian habitat that may be disturbed by the proposed project: (See Chapter 9-1510 of the <br />Development Title for Riparian Habitat Regulations): <br />This project will not disturb the waterway or riparian habitat. There is a larger buffer between the construction site <br />and Tracy Lake. <br />Identify any Native Oak trees, Heritage Oak trees or Historical trees that may be disturbed by the proposed project: (See Chapter 9- <br />1505 of the Development Title for Tree Regulations): <br />There are native oaks adjacent to the construction site. All oaks will be protected during grading and construction with <br />appropriate fencing as prescribed by the project Arborist.
