The static water level will be measured using an electric water level tape prior to <br />the start of the test and at a minimum of the following intervals during each step: <br /> 0-15 minutes: 1-minute intervals <br /> 15-60 minutes: 5-minute intervals <br />Following the completion of the test, water level will be monitored until the water levels have recovered to <br />95 percent of pre-pumping conditions. <br />4.1.3 Well Survey <br />The top of casing elevation and coordinates will be surveyed by a California licensed land surveyor. <br />4.1.4 Investigation-Derived Waste Management <br />Waste materials, including soil cuttings and drilling fluid generated from the installation will be placed in <br />Department of Transportation approved containers suitable for subsequent transportation for off-site <br />disposal at a permitted waste management facility. Waste profiles for any waste stream will be prepared <br />as required by the waste disposal facilities. Groundwater from development and sampling activities will be <br />placed in the influent sump of the on-site treatment system. <br />5 SCHEDULE AND REPORT <br />Upon receiving approval of this Work Plan from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />(RWQCB) and receipt of a permit from the SJCEHD, Arcadis will initiate proposed pre-field and field <br />activities. The field schedule will be dependent on subcontractor availability and may be completed in <br />several mobilizations. The current contractor availability is in mid-April of 2022. Arcadis will notify the <br />RWQCB and SJCEHD prior to well installation and if multiple mobilizations are required to complete the <br />well installation. Following completion of the proposed field activities, Arcadis will prepare a summary <br />report and submit a copy of the report to the RWQCB. The report will summarize field procedures and <br />observations and will include boring logs, well construction, and well development details. The report will <br />be submitted to the RWQCB approximately 8 weeks following completion of well development activities. <br />6 REFERENCES <br />Arcadis. 2017.
