Receipt Exceptions The container label for the following sample did not match the information listed on the Chain-of-Custody(COC): PS-UST-SS-517-01A-4 (320-47216-1). One out of three VOA containers was labeled PST-UST-SS-517-01A-4,while COC lists PS-UST-SS-517-01A-4. The samples were logged in according to COC. The soil jar containers matched the COC. The following sample was received with headspace in the sample containers: IDW-W-012819(320-47216-14).All three voa vials were received with air bubble larger then 6mm. These analytes were biased high in the LCS/LCSD and were not detected in the associated samples;therefore,the data have been reported. Method(s)8260B:The method blank for analytical batch 320-274191 contained 1,2,4-Trichlorobenzene, 1,2,3-Trichlorobenzene and Naphthalene above the method detection limit. This target analyte concentration was less than the reporting limit(RL);therefore, re-extraction and/or re-analysis of samples was not performed. Method(s)8260B: Insufficient sample volume was available to perform a matrix spike/matrix spike duplicate(MS/MSD)associated with analytical batch 320-274191. Method(s)8260B:The laboratory control sample(LCS)for preparation batch 320-273828 and analytical batch 320-275307 recovered outside control limits for the following analytes: Bromomethane. These analytes were biased high in the LCS and were not detected in the associated samples;therefore,the data have been reported.
