Geosyntec <br /> consultants <br /> Geosyntec H&S Procedures referenced herein are available on Geosyntec's H&S SharePoint site TASK HAZARD ANALYSIS <br /> and should be consulted,as appropriate,to ensure requirements are met.This THA has been (Ver.3.1,1-4-2021) <br /> prepared per"HS-204-Work-Specific Hazard and Risk Assessment,Written Safety Plans." <br /> Part A - PROJECT/TASK INFORMATION <br /> Project/Site Name: Port of Stockton/UST 817B Project Number/Org.: WR2501 B <br /> Site Address: Rough and Ready Island,Stockton,CA 95203 <br /> Task&Worksite Geosyntec will conduct a soil and groundwater investigation at a former Underground Storage Tank(UST)location. <br /> Description: <br /> Geosyntec will gauge wells near the former UST. <br /> Penecore will advance two borings to approximately 7 feet or until a buried concrete slab is encountered.This slab will <br /> not be penetrated. <br /> Geosyntec will collect soil samples from each boring at depths of approximately 2 feet bgs and 5 feet bgs. <br /> Penecore will install a temporary PVC well screened from approximately 2 feet bgs to 7 feet bgs.
