Part A - PROJECT/TASK INFORMATION Project/Site Name: Port of Stockton/UST 817B Project Number/Org.: WR2501 B Site Address: Rough and Ready Island,Stockton,CA 95203 Task&Worksite Geosyntec will conduct a soil and groundwater investigation at a former Underground Storage Tank(UST)location. Description: Geosyntec will gauge wells near the former UST. Penecore will advance two borings to approximately 7 feet or until a buried concrete slab is encountered.This slab will not be penetrated. Geosyntec will collect soil samples from each boring at depths of approximately 2 feet bgs and 5 feet bgs. Penecore will install a temporary PVC well screened from approximately 2 feet bgs to 7 feet bgs. If groundwater is present,Geosyntec will collect grab groundwater samples through the casing using a discreet interval sampler at each boring at the approximately mid-point in water column. If product is identified at the surface of the groundwater,a bailer will be used to collect a product sample. Site COCs include TPH ,TPHd,and BTEX.
