(AGI) has prepared this Well Destruction Work Plan for the property <br /> located at 715 North Hunter Street, Stockton, California (site or subject property). The <br /> scope of work includes the destruction of two (2) groundwater monitoring and wells. Well <br /> locations are illustrated in the attached figure. <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr. Erardi, AdvancedGeo, Inc. (AGI) has prepared this Well Destruction <br /> Work Plan (Work Plan)for the destruction of two (2) groundwater monitoring wells located <br /> at 715 North Hunter Street, Stockton, California. The groundwater monitoring and wells <br /> are single-completed wells with 2-inch diameter well casings in 8-inch diameter <br /> boreholes. <br /> This Work Plan was developed in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (CVRWQCB) letter dated 16 March 2022. <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> As required, a health and safety plan will be prepared in accordance with Occupational <br /> Safety and Health Guidance Manual for Hazardous Waste Site Activities (National <br /> Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Administration, U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. <br /> Environmental Protection Agency, 1985). Prior to drilling activities, each proposed drilling <br /> location will be clearly marked, and utility clearance obtained through Underground <br /> Service Alert.
