Site Investigation Work Plan Data Acquisition <br /> Carousel Cleaners, Sacramento, California and QA/QC <br /> 5.8.3 Data Reporting <br /> Laboratory measurements will be recorded in standard formats that specify site location, sample <br /> identification,date,matrix parameter,parameter value,reporting limit, and detection limit. Data will be <br /> reported and flagged. Laboratory and field data will be combined and summarized in final tables and <br /> graphs that are appropriate to the type of data and convey information to support the findings of the data <br /> collection program. In all cases,data will be clearly tabulated and presented in a consistent way,to <br /> facilitate comparison of common sets of data.All soil data will be reported in dry weight. <br /> 5.8.4 Data Management <br /> All data will be reported by the laboratory in both electronic and hard copy formats. The data will be <br /> uploaded into the project database. The database will be populated with any qualifier flags added by the <br /> project chemist after validation. This electronic format will be available to project personnel in the <br /> various formats. In addition,the field and analytical data will be uploaded into the State's GeoTracker <br /> database. <br /> 5-9 <br />
