ENCROACHMENT PERMIT GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> AUTHORITY INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> This permit is issued pursuant to Section 1460 of the California Minimum of 51,000,000.00 Comprehensive General Liability <br /> Streets and Highway Code and Chapter 12.12 of the City of Ripon Insurance listing the City of Ripon,It's Elected Officials,Employees, <br /> Code. Agents as Additional Insureds. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PROVISIONS LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES <br /> It is understood and agreed by the Permittee that performing any work The Permittee is responsible and liable for any personal injury or <br /> under this permit shall constitute an acceptance of these General property damage which may arise out of the work herein permitted or <br /> Provisions. which may arise out of failure on the Permittees part to perform their <br /> obligations under this permit in respect to maintenance.
