Use a knife to split the sleeve lengthwise and remove the top section to <br /> expose the sample. <br /> b. Place the remaining material into a mixing bowl for homogenization, mix <br /> and then fill the appropriate sample containers. <br /> d. Cap the sample containers, label them, and place them into the sample <br /> cooler. <br /> 16.
