3.0 Key Safety Personnel <br /> APTIM will oversee and act accordingly during all phases of the project. The following management <br /> structure will be instituted to successfully and safely completing this project. <br /> The specific duties of the technical advisors include: <br /> • Providing technical input into the design and implementation of the site HASP <br /> — Advising on potential for worker exposure to project hazards along with appropriate <br /> methods and/or controls to eliminate site hazards. <br /> The following people share responsibility for health and safety at the site. The Project Manager is accountable to <br /> APTIM's Management and to the Client's Management for the APTIM Team Performance on the project. <br /> The PM has authority to direct response operations; the PM assumes total control over site activities. In <br /> addition,the PM: <br /> • Prepares and organizes background review of the project,the work plan, and the field team. <br /> • Ensures the responsibilities as outlined in AMS-710-02-PR-05300 Extra Hazardous and Repair Work <br /> are maintained during the project. <br /> • On a monthly basis conducts an additional compliance inspection using the Project HSE Inspection <br /> Form (AMS-710-05-FM-01402) (Appendix A) or the Shop and Warehouse HSE Inspection Form <br /> 3-1 <br />
