Antea Group <br /> (Antea) submitted the Fact Sheet on your behalf for the Buggy Bath Car Wash <br /> underground storage tank (UST) petroleum release at 2085 East Main Street in Stockton <br /> (Site). Antea distributed copies of the Fact Sheet to nearby property owners/tenants with a <br /> listed public comment period from 13 December 2021 to 11 February 2022. Copies of the <br /> Fact Sheet were also uploaded to the State Water Resources Control Board's online <br /> GeoTracker database and Central Valley Water Board's public notice webpage. <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff received no comments during the comment period and <br /> requests that you destroy any and all remaining Site monitoring and remedial wells and <br /> remove any associated Site waste. San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (SJCEHD) maintains jurisdictional authority over well destructions in San <br /> Joaquin County, and requires written concurrence from the oversight agency before <br /> issuing permits. As such, by 20 May 2022, please submit a Well Destruction Work Plan to <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff for concurrence.
