SAN J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> C o u N T AMENDED <br /> 9/15/2022 <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> ALCO METALS 1815 NAVY DR, STOCKTON July 13, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for the following chemicals were missing the correct <br /> location. <br /> The following chemicals were observed in the non-ferrous storage building: <br /> -Propane (IMG 1027) <br /> -Oxygen (IMG 1029) <br /> The following chemicals were observed in the metal storage building <br /> -Oxygen (IMG 1106) <br /> -Propane (IMG 1107) <br /> The following chemical was observed near the office: <br /> -Propane (IMG 1101) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The map was illegible and the storm and sewer drains, access and <br /> exit points, emergency shutoffs, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response <br /> equipment were not clearly marked. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> FA0001889 PR0519588 SCO01 07/13/2022 <br /> EHD 19-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 2 of 4 Hazardous Materials Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
