The current inventory is <br /> correct, and we have returned all propane and oxygen tanks to their properly listed <br /> locations within the Hazardous Material Inventory Forms. <br /> • #6 HSC 25505(a)(2) <br /> o We have updated our Facility map on CERS to reflect the current facility information. <br /> • #9 HSC 25508.2 <br /> o This violation was corrected onsite during the inspection. <br /> • #11HSC 25505(a)(4) <br /> o After a further search we located the following site training documents from before the <br /> inspection. Please see those training documents along with additional training as well. <br /> ■ 2/12/21: Stormwater Awareness and Housekeeping Plan <br /> ■ 3/8/21: Emergency Action & Evacuation Plan <br /> ■ 4/1/21: Haz Com and Global Harmonization System Training <br /> ■ 5/17/21: Propane Safety and Compressed Gas Cylinders <br /> ■ 9/15/21: Haz Waste and Spill Control Safety <br /> ■ 5/31/22: Housekeeping Plan <br /> ■ 7/13/22: HazWoper Refresher <br /> ■ 7/28/22: Emergency Action & Evacuation Plan <br /> ■ 8/30/22: Compressed Gas Cylinders and Battery Handling Training <br /> ■ 9/21/22: Emergency Action & Evacuation Plan <br /> ■ 10/25/22: Haz Com/GHS Training&Spill Control Safety Training <br /> o In addition, Alco Safety& Environmental Coordinator is enrolled in CUPA training classes <br /> provided by SJEHD for; Basic Hazardous Waste Management, Universal Waste <br /> Management, & HMBP/CERS. <br /> • #102 CCR 66262.11 <br /> o Alco's Hazardous Waste Vendor Safety Kleen has reviewed the info we have provided <br /> them and have instructed us to place the other haz waste observed during the walk <br /> through, other than the used oil, into drums with Waste Codes, D007, D008, and 181. <br />
