S0 JOA U 1 Environmental Health Department <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: FDat,-.THE HOME DEPOT STORE#0662 3818 E Hammer Ln, Stockton ber 17, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> OBSERVATION: Treated wood waste storage was found behind the store in a covered roll-off box labeled treated <br /> wood waste. Disposal records for this waste demonstrate that the amount stored exceeds 500 pounds. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the treated wood waste material to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to <br /> the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)is incomplete and <br /> incorrect for the following items: <br /> 1. The loading and unloading areas for the reportable hazardous materials are not indicated on the site map. <br /> 2. The treated wood waste bin is not on the map. <br /> 3. The east side adjacent road is Maranatha Dr, not Hwy 99. <br /> 4. The extra forklift propane containers stored near the emergency generator are not on the map. <br /> 5. The map indicates a 450 gallon tank behind the store. The diesel belly tank for the emergency generator is 125 <br /> gallons and is not a standalone tank. <br /> 6. The Bloom Energy Cells are north of the emergency generator instead of west. <br /> 7. BBQ propane tanks in front of the store are not included on the site map. <br /> 8. Propane storage in the northeast corner of the store, on the map,does not exist. <br /> 9. Eyewash locations near the wood cutting area and the receiving area are not included on the map. <br /> 10.
