OBSERVATION: Treated wood waste storage was found behind the store in a covered roll-off box labeled treated wood waste. Disposal records for this waste demonstrate that the amount stored exceeds 500 pounds. REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the treated wood waste material to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. OBSERVATION: The site map in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)is incomplete and incorrect for the following items: 1. The loading and unloading areas for the reportable hazardous materials are not indicated on the site map. 2. The treated wood waste bin is not on the map. 3. The east side adjacent road is Maranatha Dr, not Hwy 99. 4. The extra forklift propane containers stored near the emergency generator are not on the map. 5. The map indicates a 450 gallon tank behind the store. The diesel belly tank for the emergency generator is 125 gallons and is not a standalone tank. 6. The Bloom Energy Cells are north of the emergency generator instead of west. 7. BBQ propane tanks in front of the store are not included on the site map. 8. Propane storage in the northeast corner of the store, on the map,does not exist. 9. Eyewash locations near the wood cutting area and the receiving area are not included on the map. 10. Some fire extinguishers on the site map were not found or were found in different locations. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
