Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />October 18,2022 <br />Facility Address: <br />1528 E Fremont St, Stockton <br />Facility Name: <br />Walgreens #13984 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />No reportable amount of hazardous materials and no Hazardous Material Business Plan violations were <br />observed at the time of inspection. <br />This business is currently exempt from California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.95 reporting requirements. <br />Store Manager, Jesus Robles and the pharmacy manager advised at no time during the year does the amount <br />of waste solids or liquids reach a quantity equal to or greater than55 gallons of liquid or 500 pounds of solid <br />hazardous material. <br />Note, a business shall establish and implement a business plan for emergency response to a release or <br />threatened release of a hazardous material if the business handles a hazardous material or a mixture containing <br />a hazardous material that has a quantity at any one time during the reporting year that is equal to, or greater <br />than,55 gallons for materials that are liquids,500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign.Starting September 1,2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($152).
