Our branch located at 1549 N Broadway is a small retail facility that stores and sells compressed gases to the local <br /> industrial businesses in the Stockton area. Careful attention is made on the safety and well being of our employees and <br /> our customers, and we closely work with the local fire department and other responding agencies. The location on site <br /> supervision has been in transition from Nick Saad to Andres Cardenas, both of whom are still employed with company. <br /> Nick Saad has been assisting the company in our Napa location and working with Andres on transitioning the branch <br /> responsibilities. The training records were located and the CERS HMBP has been resubmitted for your review. <br /> We have been a stable business in the Stockton area for many years and are committed to our employees and the <br /> community we do business in. <br /> Initial training is done with all new hire employees and refresher training is done at least annually thereafter. The <br /> branch has four employees, two inside employees and two drivers. Andres, Zach and Daniel have hire dates that <br /> occurred in 2022, Alfonso's hire date is in 2021. We have included the training materials for your review with this <br /> packet. In addition to these materials the employees are given many hours of on-the-job training and coaching to ensure <br /> they understand how to stay safe while performing their job duties. <br /> Please find below our answers to the Hazardous Material Inspection Report.
