The facility accepts class II and class III waste. The class II waste originates from <br /> central and northern California. The class III waste predominately originates from the Stockton area. The land surrounding the facility is <br /> rangeland,agricultural and residential. Native and contaminated soil is used as daily cover. Forward Inc./Allied Waste North America <br /> recently purchased the adjacent landfill,which is now called the Austin Road/Forward landfill. Forward Inc./Allied Waste North <br /> America eventually plans to merge the facility with the adjacent Austin Road/Forward landfill. <br /> Previous Inspection Results: <br /> The previous State inspection of this facility was conducted on June 9, 1999.
